  Dean & Louis were brilliant! They have done such a fantastic job. Being it our first property we were nervous but they put us as such as ease. Explaining exactly what they were doing & tidying up after themselves as well. Can’t thank you enough!

  Damp proof coursing on rear of house

  Suspected rising dzmp

  I suspected that our utility room had rising damp, so invited several companies to look and advise. Others did so and gave quotes for thousands of pounds. This surveyor thought that the problem was far more likely to have been caused by our washing machine, which had been leaking. He advised using a dehydrator to rid the room of the water which had leaked. I was impressed that he did not try to get me to agree to expensive and unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend this company.

  I’m really happy with the service! EDTS was immediately available to visit and check the damping issue, which I really appreciated. Communication was very clear from the start, with a detailed quote explaining exactly what needed to be done and the cost involved. The job was completed cleanly and neatly by Lewis, and the quality of the fan is excellent — energy-saving and equipped with a sensor, which is a great bonus. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. Highly recommended! 😊

  Had various areas of damp sorted out and airbricks inserted outside as and where required. The crew who did the job, Dean,Louis and Callum, just cracked on with the work, were extremely polite and personnable and I would have no hesitation in using or recommending EDTS again
