  Estimating cost of damp repairs on a house we were considering buying

  EDTS were helpful, responsive and produced a very helpful brief report on their damp survey. We didn't buy the house in the end (not because of the damp issues, there were others), but if we'd gone through with it, I'd definitely have used EDTS for the damp repairs.

  Damp walls in my kitchen treated

  EDTS came and fixed the damp problem in my kitchen by removing the affected plaster. The walls were then damp proofed and replastered and the work was finished to a high standard. Mike and Callum were very pleasant and did an excellent job. I would recommend this firm.

  I highly recommend EDTS. I was given very good advice on the damp issues that I have been having on the front wall of my house. I was not charged anything and they would not even accept anything for the cost of coming out to me. Thank you

  Excellent Survey

  I called EDTS for a damp survey. The surveyor has been excellent, by providing a detailed explanation of the phenomenon. The communication with them has been great. Highly recommended.

  Damp Survey

  I was in the process of purchasing a 1930s house, and the RICS survey flagged potential damp issues. EDTS was the only company that offered a no-charge survey, with a business model based on providing a quote for any required repair work, with no obligation to proceed. The survey thankfully confirmed that there were no damp issues, and true to their word, EDTS did not charge me anything. The service was excellent throughout. If I encounter any issues in the future, EDTS will be the first company I approach. I’d also like to mention the prompt and professional responses from Sheila and Justin
