  Friendly, informative and quick.

  Friendly, informative and quick. I hired them to fix a stopcock I couldn’t turn off. It turned out what I thought was a stopcock only stopped the water for a few pipes and the property doesn’t seem to have a stopcock for everything. The plumber replaced the valve in any case so I could turn it off and gave me advice on what would be involved in have a stopcock fitted but I haven’t had that done yet.
