Emil's communication and service were outstanding. He diagnosed the problems and explained the issues thoroughly. He gave us options, and we decided to get a new dishwasher given the extent of the issues with the heat pump, internal leak, and the main board. I required the door seal to be changed, I had purchased the part online, but it looked like too difficult of a job for me. I found Emil on check a trade and left him a message. Very quick and efficient contact, visit was arranged for the next day. A price was agreed, Emil was very friendly and did a great job, he took a very diligent approach to his work. Emil was very helpful. He responded quickly to my initial post and was very punctual in attending. The door on our integrated fridge was broken and Emil went to a great deal of effort to source replacement hinges and buy them for us.
