10 Fridge freezer had broken down.

Job location: HA9Emil contacted me very promptly and arranged to visit my elderly parents the following day. He communicated very well and made clear what the charges would be and what might be wrong. Following the job he took the trouble to call me as my parents are very hard of hearing. The charge seemed fair and the work was completed to my parents’ satisfaction. Would highly recommend.9.67 dishwasher not working , no power

Emil was extremely helpful. He was very quick to respond to my job advert and gave me a really good competitive quote. He was able to attend hours after my job advert and communication was perfect. Emil identified the issue and fixed it whilst also giving advice on future maintenance and potential issues. I can't recommend Emil highly enough. I contacted Emil, he responded within the hour and came to my house the next day. He was very respectful of my home and clearly had a lot of experience. He diagnosed the issue and came back within a few days once the new part had arrived to fit it. He continued to be available over message to help me diagnose an issue with another appliance (which he is now coming back to fix!). He is very responsive over message and available at short notice. This is the second time I have used ES Appliance Repairs. First for an oven that stopped heating, this time for fridge door that needed alignment. Emil always fixes the problem. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, informative and reasonably priced. I have complete faith that Emil will do the best job possible. He tries to save his customers money by suggesting alternatives.
