  Theo was very professional at all times and communicated clearly. the work was done to a very good standard and Theo kept all areas very clean afterwards. he even followed up after the job, proves he cares! Wouldn't hesitate to use the services again.

  It was a pleasure to deal with THC - Theo was the first to respond to my message and was able to quickly diagnose my issue from a few shared photos. He was happy to be flexible to fit our job into his diary and was very prompt and professional when he arrived and solved our sink draining issue in next to no time.   Had an issue with my concealed cistern kept rippling and making a noise like a seal. Worried I had to remove the tiles and knock down the boxing to get access to the siphon. Few plumbers suggested so but Theo did the job haste free without removing tiles or the boxing quickly and neatly. Very polite and professional.
