  Callout to replace waste plumbing under bath and sink

  This company was recommended to us by a local letting agent that we use. We needed a plumber urgently to fix a waste water leak issue in our property which was causing our tenant serious problems and the bathroom could not be used. From the first contact with Baker Smith Ltd, they were very helpful and very responsive with the first callout to investigate the problem. Following the visit we received a detailed explanation of the problem with several suggested ways to resolve it and the associated costs. The works were then promptly carried out and our tenant is very happy. First class service!

  Excellent and reliable company for boiler repairs

  I have used Baker Smith several times and would like to pass on a massive thank you to Simon and his colleague who joined him on the last visit. They went above and beyond to save our boiler which was in a right state by all accounts. They rearranged things to spend most of the day with us in order to get it working again, and then on Simon's second visit with a new part he worked extremely hard to get the job done despite the access being tricky and some of the parts of the boiler being extremely hard to dismantle. He persevered, got the job done, and gave me very helpful advice. Top notch

  Expensive Unprofessional and Unreliable

  We asked this company to fix a water leak in the front garden, when completed was told he had replaced a piece of the faulty pipe and would I like the hole backfilled which was part of the price and left a mess after cleaning his boots. The photos will demonstrate this company and a professional company who we contacted due to a second leak exactly same place after we wrote to the company who did not respond to our problem The second company we used charged half the price of the original company
