  Partial repair and then blanked.

  An engineer attended and fixed one issue with our shower. Unfortunately they failed to address the main issue of it frequently going freezing cold. I contacted the office again to ask what could be done in this situation and received no response. I feel utterly ripped off - partially having paid a large sum for a partial repair, but mostly for being ignored after requesting next steps or for the repair to be completed.

  Good afternoon Amy. Firstly, may I apologise that no-one has come back to you, may I ask when you phoned us? I can see that the job was carried out on Thursday 5th. March but we have no record of a call since then. If you would contact us and explain the nature of the problem I am sure we will be able to help or at least recommend a further course of action.   We had a leak in our cold water tank. Baker Smith found it and replaced the tank. Simon did all the work including putting it on a much better platform. They communicated prices clearly, we're very professional and did the job well.

  Broken waste pipe

  Great service, arriving within an hour of my call after a waste water pipe leaked into my kitchen. I was kept updated throughout the process and the work was professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

  Callout to replace waste plumbing under bath and sink

  This company was recommended to us by a local letting agent that we use. We needed a plumber urgently to fix a waste water leak issue in our property which was causing our tenant serious problems and the bathroom could not be used. From the first contact with Baker Smith Ltd, they were very helpful and very responsive with the first callout to investigate the problem. Following the visit we received a detailed explanation of the problem with several suggested ways to resolve it and the associated costs. The works were then promptly carried out and our tenant is very happy. First class service!
