  Josh was fantastic throughout. His communication was excellent, he was always on punctual and gave clear and consistent updates on progress. He worked with me to stage the job so that I was able to afford and schedule things accordingly. He also seemed very enthusiastic about working with my quirky old house which has scared off other tradespeople in the past. Highly recommended!

  Damp Chimney

  Came out within 24hrs, inspected the chimney and discussed through options and pricing. Work was able to be started and completely the same day. All paperwork and guarantees provided too. Clear and thorough photographs to show both the issues and then the work completed after. Appreciated Rob's honesty and explanations. Great follow up advice too. Highly recommended.

  Reliable, quick and thorough drain diagnosis and repair

  Responded incredibly quickly and did excellent, thorough investigative work to get to the root cause of the issue. Advised of a much simpler and more affordable fix than I'd originally expected to need to do and then got the works completed incredibly fast.
