  Fully blocked drain pipe

  Experienced a fully blocked drain pipe literally 2 days ago and within not even an hour of logging on checkatrade Sean got back to us with availability and prices. He was out next day to resolve are issue and even though the issue seemed worse than we expected Sean managed to get the job sorted with no problem. Can't thank Sean enough to resolving are issue and will be sure to recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of work sorting in the future! thanks again!

  Drain clearance

  I thought I might have a collapsed drain. Sean came out when agreed, checked the drain and gave me the good news that my drain was fine. I asked him to have a look at another drain when he was there and he cleaned that for me. Would definitely recommend this business. Friendly, honest and reliable.

  Blocked drain

  Utility Guru spent over an hour and a half on a blocked drain. The actual blockage turned out to be 45 foot away from the property, so they were helpful in identifying and arranging Welsh Water to fix the blockage. They did not charge as they were unable to reach the issue being so far off the property. If only all traders were this honest!
