Drainage repair work

Provided an initial quote based on photos very promptly. On inspection in person, Sean was able to advise on different ways to perform the job that resulted in making it cheaper and keeping the historical appearance of the drain whilst also ensuring it no longer seeps water back into the wall. He arrived on time and completed the work really quickly. Gave a thorough explanation and walk through of what he'd done to ensure I was completely satisfied before finishing up.

Sean from Utility Guru has just replaced a damaged soil stack below ground level, which was cracked, resulting in a blockage and waste passing straight into the ground. Sean carried out the work with little disruption, only a small hole in the drive and patched up smartly with tarmac. Clearly explained what was required. Will definitely use again if required.

Contacted me quickly, and came out to assess the job and few days later. Quoted quickly with full and clear explanation of the issues.
