  From first point of contact Jamie was very polite, he came and looked at our issue, gave a quote. Communication in-between was excellent. The work was completed a few days later. Highly recommended.

  New boiler installation and system upgrade

  Four local firms quoted £4,200–£4,950 to replace my old floor-standing combi. Jamie at Osflow quoted £3,493 for a brand new Worcester 8000 40kW wall-hung (12-year warranty) and did a perfect job. Super tidy, really friendly, and the new boiler is silent and lightning fast. Couldn’t be happier 100 % recommend Osflow!

  Gas fire service and fix

  My elderly fathers only source of heat in his front room , used year round stopped igniting. Jamie responded fast and offered a visit very quick after I posted the job. He kept me informed about his arrival time, did his homework in advance so he was prepared for the fire we had and managed my expectations if he wasn't able to make a quick fix. Jamie arrived when he said he would , did an excellent, professional job servicing and fixing the fire, cleaned up after himself and updated me as to how to keep it working well in future. Brilliant and so grateful for his professional service
