  Arrived on time, assessed the job very quickly and then got me booked in fast too. Very clean and professional with his work and honest about his recommendations on how to complete the job. Highly recommended.

  Gas fire service and fix

  My elderly fathers only source of heat in his front room , used year round stopped igniting. Jamie responded fast and offered a visit very quick after I posted the job. He kept me informed about his arrival time, did his homework in advance so he was prepared for the fire we had and managed my expectations if he wasn't able to make a quick fix. Jamie arrived when he said he would , did an excellent, professional job servicing and fixing the fire, cleaned up after himself and updated me as to how to keep it working well in future. Brilliant and so grateful for his professional service

  Jamie called regarding the work that I needed doing, I was happy with what he had to say including if things didn't go to plan, plus costs, so we arranged a time the same day and I'm happy to say all went to plan, no extra costs, work was done to an excellent standard called on time, very tidy (a bonus ) and polite, all in all a very happy customer, I will definitely use again
