  Re-roof my house

  Our house developed a leak. R and P came round the same day and made a temporary repair to stop the water ingress. They then quoted for a replacement and said they could fit us in that week.

  Excellent. Responded to my ad within 30mins of posting, came out fast for emergency call out due to a significant leak. Transparent description of work required and quote. The works were completed the same day and the issue and subsequent repairs were all successfully completed. I couldn't be on site the whole time so because it wasn't a straight forward job and required some investigation they kept me up to date with phone calls and videos during the process. They supplied an itemised invoice as requested for my insurance claim.

  Damp Chimney

  Came out within 24hrs, inspected the chimney and discussed through options and pricing. Work was able to be started and completely the same day. All paperwork and guarantees provided too. Clear and thorough photographs to show both the issues and then the work completed after. Appreciated Rob's honesty and explanations. Great follow up advice too. Highly recommended.

  Chimney repairs & slipped tiles

  Great experience dealing with R&P, he asked for pics of the job straight away and quoted me for the work, said he’d be round 9am on Friday and he was, while doing agreed job he identified the other work I knew I needed doing and quoted us a good price for the other works but with no pressure to agree, he provided us with an itemised quote and detailed breakdown of what work he was doing, he provided me with pictures of all the works, before, during and after, kept upto date throughout the entire job.
