  Rat infestation

  I heard scratching in my loft for a few days and then started to hear scratching in my kitchen. I called Midlands Pest and Property Solutions who were able to see me on the day due to the urgency. Lloyd and Andy were very informative and laid bait for traps for the rodent. After a couple of weeks they have followed up with visits and luckily the rat was caught in the trap they laid and have been able to sleep better for it. I would recommend this company as they are fairly priced, good communicators and get the job done.

  Replacement syphon and waste pipe

  My toilet syphon broke down and needed to have it replaced to stop the noise. Ben arrived on time and identified the issue quickly. He was polite and very helpful. I also had a separate issue fitting a waste pipe to the washing machine. Fantastic work on both jobs and would recommend.

  Laminate installation

  Fantastic work from Hysen. He was very polite, helpful when he measured the rooms and provided me with a quote. He arrived on time and did an amazing job with the flooring and my home looks so much better. I would recommend Hysen to anyone who needs to flooring installed. Hysen will be my go to person for any flooring that I require in the future.

  I found this company via Check a trade. Ebonei was very responsive and very transparent about my request. Any questions that I had were answered om the day. Josh (Electrician) came around to test the electrical outlets around my home and was very informative and helpful. If I require anything electrical related, I would be giving Top Class Electrical Ltd a call.
