  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Midland Pest Solutions. The service was prompt, professional, and very thorough. The technician was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and dealt with the issue efficiently. Communication was excellent from booking to completion, and I felt confident the problem was properly resolved.   I spoke to Lloyd to arrange a mutually convenient date/time for a visit from himself or Andy. I had been advised that lagging in my loft had been chewed, possibly by rodents. Andy came by on Monday afternoon and did a thorough inspection of the outside of my property, to try to as ascertain points of possible entry, He took a look in the loft. There were clearly signs that something had been up there but Andy was sure that it wasn't rodents. After liaising with Lloyd it was decided that the poo was more likely a bat(s). Andy was pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this business.

  Sorted the squirrels out in the loft!

  Great great great company! We had squirrels in the loft, Lloyd and Andy came, put traps in, CAUGHT 5 !!! Found where they were getting in and managed to sort scaffolding out and proofed up, we have not heard anything now for about a week, hopefully thats the end! Top service thanks lads!!

  Helpful, reliant & efficient

  Super helpful, reliant and efficient. They arrived at my property and gave me all of the information I needed and answered all questions I asked (no matter how silly). They gave me next steps and what was best to do for my problem. Would definitely recommend and would use again in future (hopefully never needed).

  Andy was fantastic and incredibly helpful with our loft clearance. He was professional, reliable, and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy.   Vermin in loft treament

  I placed an advert on checkatrade and the company responded within hours. They discussed options via chat before visiting which was very helpful. They were able to visit within a couple of days and gave clear advice about block treatment for our mid terrace house . Once all neighbours were on board they visited again a few days later, carried out full inspections on all properties, started a 3 part bait treatment and completed a full report. They arrived within time slot and kept us updated throughout the whole process. The team were quick, thorough and professional. Highly recommend.
