  Amazing company!

  Lloyd and Andy from Midland Pest Solutions were very professional and extremely helpful with the problems I was having with seagulls nesting on my flat roof making it virtually impossible to use my garden without being attacked. The solution was to put wires across the length of the roof to deter them from landing. They came when they said they would, cleared the roof of any debris and took it away, showed me the before and after photos which I was very pleased with. The cost was extremely reasonable and I would one hundred percent recommend them for any pest issues.

  Problem with rats in the attic.

  Andy and Lloyd were extremely professional, they sorted the immediate problem I was having with rats, and managed to find where the rats were entering the property. The problem area doesn't belong to my property and my neighbours are now dealing with this issue, and I am liaising with them to get this issue resolved.   Rat infestation

  I heard scratching in my loft for a few days and then started to hear scratching in my kitchen. I called Midlands Pest and Property Solutions who were able to see me on the day due to the urgency. Lloyd and Andy were very informative and laid bait for traps for the rodent. After a couple of weeks they have followed up with visits and luckily the rat was caught in the trap they laid and have been able to sleep better for it. I would recommend this company as they are fairly priced, good communicators and get the job done.

  Lloyd and Andy were great from start to finish. We first noticed our mouse issue on a Saturday night and posted here. Lloyd replied within half an hour and had an inspection booked in for early the following week. Inspections were very thorough - even though we felt the issue was confined to our kitchen and living room he made sure to examine both lofts and outside. He gave us very clear feedback on what we should be doing to minimise opportunities for the mouse and laid down traps that were suitable for our house with a dog and toddler. Our mouse issue was solved within a couple of weeks
