  I had an outstanding experience with Top Class Electrical. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. The two electricians who attended the job were not only highly skilled and professional, but also respectful and courteous throughout. What really stood out was their attention to detail—not just in the quality of their electrical work, which was excellent, but in how they treated the space. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done, leaving no mess behind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Top Class Electrical to anyone looking for reliable, tidy, and truly top-class service.

  Potential deceptive site

  Do not use this company, they seem to be a deceptive practice. We asked them to complete an EICR check and no one showed up but they are sending us invoices for work not carried out. They won't answer calls or reply to emails to let us know why we are being invoiced.

  Poor service

  Sadly this was a bad experience from start to finish. I was asked to send photos of all fuse boards, a price was agreed, a date and times they would be able to gain entry established, so they turned up after the times I told them and had to set up new date to attend. I was told they would issue a certificate 3 to 4 working days after payment of the invoice,. The first invoice was sent addressed with my personal name and not my company details which I had told them, new invoice was eventually sent over so payment was made straight away. The certificate report arrived over 2 weeks later!!!

  Beware-Changed my mind about having the work done by them and informed them of this by email on the same day after initial phone call from them to organise appointment. A couple of weeks later received an e mail asking to reschudule the appointment I had already cancelled. Now received an invoice for the work that has not been done. Have e mailed providing evidence of my communications with them so hopefully can be resolved, but it is not a good experience and certainly makes you question the companies chaotic way of dealing with people.
