Replace single socket with a double socket

Arranged a time and date for the work to be carried out. I Phoned up about an hour later to say I had a previous appointment and rearranged the date. On that date no one had turned up so phoned to ask why told they had a priority call and wanted to re arrange another date. This was not acceptable to me and declined the offer of further services I keep getting demand invoices for the work that was not carried out. the people at the end of the phone was neither helpful and appeared indifferent to concerns or needs.

They were punctual for the inspection but it took them over 3 weeks to send the report and it was only sent after I chased it multiple times.

change cable between board, pull switch and shower

the electrician helped me move some of my furniture, lifted the boards in the bedrooms to fit the new cable. Hecleaned up as much as he could and cleared the debris. I only had to vacuum after. I now have a working shower again.
