  They replied to my job posting, said they did not charge a call out fee only £120 (including VAT) that included them coming out and a hours work! The job was small, fix a non stop running toilet. While I cannot fault the work of the guy who came out, he was here for about 10 minutes, said he would have to go out and get another part and come back which would cost extra, which completely contradicted what I was told on the phone. An additional £138 later and the issue is fixed. Feels like a total rip off!

  Issue with boiler

  We had an issue with our boiler! The guys came out quickly, investigated the issue thoroughly and made sure we were left with a working system!

  Washing machine repair

  I reached out with my issue on the Saturday and received a response almost instantly. Job was booked for the following Monday. Carl attended to fix the washing machine, job was completed there and then.

  Fixing DIY job

  We needed the silicone sealant for our new kitchen tiles removed and replaced. Contacted them on the Friday and they were here on the Saturday afternoon and completed the job in 30 mins. Silicone now looks great alongside the new tiles.
