Our boiler started making an intermittent groaning sound. Unfortunately when he came the boiler wasn't making the sound. I informed him of this immediately upon his arrival but he still wanted to take a look. Half an hour later we were told our boiler was old and we should get a new one, despite it currently working fine. We were charged £105 for this "advice". We count ourselves lucky to have been sent Martin's way via the Worcester Bosch Fast Track Service following a breakdown of our 'very' old boiler. From his initial visit and survey, he displayed first class knowledge and easily recommended the perfect model to match our household needs, along with a very competitive quote. His work ethic and expertise were faultless during installation and, much to our relief, also spotted a faulty radiator which he quickly replaced without any drama. Job location: SO16Very professional and punctual. Central heating working just in time for the weather to get colder. Needed a new pump which was ordered and fitted in the same day as the service. Great work!
