  The manager contacted me on the same day and had an engineer, Josh, checking it out an hour later. He came again the following day and completed repairs. Joah was polite and professional. He finished the work quickly and to, I believe, a high standard. He left the place tidy and vacuumed after he finished. I believe the price was very reasonable too. There was no charge for the initial assessment. I was informed of the time to expect the engineer to come and this was followed up with another call to let me know he was on his way.

  M Curtis gas services were brilliant from start to finish - from their responsiveness in sending someone out within 24 hours (which was hugely appreciated given we needed showers etc), to Josh's knowledgeable and proactive approach in helping us understand our warranty cover. Highly recommended!

  Our boiler started making an intermittent groaning sound. Unfortunately when he came the boiler wasn't making the sound. I informed him of this immediately upon his arrival but he still wanted to take a look. Half an hour later we were told our boiler was old and we should get a new one, despite it currently working fine. We were charged £105 for this "advice". He was here max 30mins.

  Booked in for a boiler service: 2 guys came in the morning, carried out the work, were courteous, friendly and professional. Really great price for the work and will definitely use again in the future for any problems or future services. Thank you!
