    Dishwasher initial issue identification and replacement

    I contacted Carl on Saturday for my issue. He answered to my message almost immediately, and managed to arrange an appointment for the following Tuesday. He had a transparent price offer. Once he checked the disassembled dish washer and identified that replacement piece was not available anymore, he gave me two offers for a new machine. Their price including removal of old was honest. (Did cross checking with other options) Very quick order to receive process. Very smooth. I only recommend.

    Replacement of built in fridge freezer

    Carl recently attended to replace my built in fridge freezer . He responded to my enquiry immediately ,provided very reasonable quotations and arranged a date within a few days to attend , remove the old unit and fit the new one . He was prompt efficient and carried out the work to a very high standard . I have used Carl on two previous occasions and have been extremely impressed .He is also very knowledgeable and very willing to impart information on his trade . I would highly recommend him .

    Pleasant efficient and personal service.

    We called in the afternoon as our dishwasher was giving a fault message. Carl came out the next morning and despite checking the machine over thoroughly and testing it he could not find a fault. We were very pleased with the service and he gave us some very useful tips for using the dishwasher in future.
