  House move

  From our first contact with Graham to the move itself we were impressed by the excellent communication and professionalism of the company. We took the removal package without packing and in hindsight, would have gone for the full packing service as well. The team arrived promptly on the day, worked relentlessly and cheerfully to load our old and unload in our new house. They were helpful and kind during what was a stressful day and we would highly recommend them.

  Washing machine repair

  Richardson's replied quickly to my request and attended the next day to look at my machine. They were extremely professional and helpful in exploring the cause of the machine failure. Ultimately the decision was made that we would have to replace the machine but I really felt that every option to repair the machine had been explored. I was also advised about possible issues with the new machine being fitted which was really helpful. This is the second time I have used Richardson's and I absolutely recommend them!
