Keith came round and gave a quote based on what he could see. We really appreciated the personal touch this company have. We used Fullers Removals to move from Sutton to Guildford, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Keith, Rick, James, and Thomas were amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly respectful. As two women, we really appreciated how comfortable they made us feel throughout the move. From our first contact with Graham to the move itself we were impressed by the excellent communication and professionalism of the company. We took the removal package without packing and in hindsight, would have gone for the full packing service as well. The team arrived promptly on the day, worked relentlessly and cheerfully to load our old and unload in our new house. We were hopeful but unsure of moving on a certain date. The company held our provision booking until we finally exchanged on the Thursday and moved the following Monday. We asked for their packing service which in hindsight we couldn't have done without. A good part of this was done on the intervening Saturday. All our possessions were carefully packed on time, including garden furniture and a table that was too big to pass through the front door. All was delivered to our new address and furniture reassembled carefully. WOW..Graham and the team at fullers were faultless from start to finish. Great comms, nothing was ever too much hassle, even when we needed more boxes and tape, they turned up on time on removal day, and my gosh, they really did ease our stress. An amazing and polite team who worked their socks off to get load our 4 bed house, with everything carefully packed from the mattresses, to an expensive tv, even down to our small mirrors. Hello, I am Graham, the proud joint owner of Thos C Fuller & Son Ltd., with my brother Keith.
A little about us
Our company was established in 1914 by our grandfather Thomas C. Fuller, then in the early 60s our late father Thomas Fuller carried on running the family business which in turn has been passed down to me and Keith. Keith and I have been in the removal industry all our working lives, straight out of school and now our 2 sons James and Thomas are also now involved in the family business, this makes 4 generations of professionalism and experience in every aspect of moving.
Here at Fullers Removals, we pride ourselves on delivering the kind of service you would expect if moving yourselves and we have had many happy returning customers over the past 100 years so you can rest assured in being well looked after.
