  Efficient and good value

  I had some new sockets installed by Grant and I was very happy with the work. Everything from initial contact, through Grant visiting to assess for a quote and then the work being done was really positive - he turned up when he said he would, everything was done really efficiently and tidily, and the price quoted was very reasonable. Laidlaw Electrical would be the first company I would call if I needed any electrical work done in the future.

  Fitting a new consumer unit plus other electrical work

  We have been delighted with the work Grant completed at our property. He is extremely reliable and an excellent communicator whose work is of a very high quality. He installed a new consumer unit, separated some circuits, installed new lights/sockets and organised the wiring in our cellar to ensure it was safe. I would highly recommend Grant.

  Double sockets & light switch

  I’ve used Laidlaw Electrical before, and had no qualms about using them again. Three new double sockets and a relocated light switch; done in just over half a day; excellent. Quality; excellent. Cost; competitive. Grant is very courteous and very accommodating.

  Full electrical check / extensive electrical work throughout the property

  Grant recently carried out a substantial piece of electrical work at our property and we would thoroughly recommend him. He is very thorough and knowledgeable, extremely punctual, courteous and tidy and was very accommodating when we asked for additional bits of work to be done / things changed. He also very patiently explained what he had done and took great care in ensuring that we were satisfied. We are very satisfied customers and would not hesitate in using Grant again in the future.
