  when I first contacted key tech their response was very polite and positive and arranged for someone to attend to my job the very same afternoon. when the locksmith arrived they were quite quick to resolve the problem and left the property in a safe and secure state of repair.

  I was surprised at the prompt arrival to carry out the work not early not late, there attention to detail was nice, nothing was left to chance and I didn't have to clean up after the job was completed. I would recommend this company without question.
