  Replaced taps in two bathrooms and the kitchen.

  Contacted through the Checkatrade app for the first time. They were able to do the work at short notice which worked well for me. They arrived on time but then found that they required an additional fitting due to the tap connections. Knowing our timescales they drove back to head office to pick up the required fitting so they could complete the task that morning. Much appreciated.

  Leak under kitchen sink

  Leak under kitchen sink and valve also leaking when I tried to turn it off. Phoned JP Free and a plumber arrived within 15 minutes! Was very neat and tidy and all sorted within a couple of hours

  Fixing a gas pipe under concrete floor

  Came round very quickly due to a last minute cancellation and quickly fixed the problem in an afternoon, even changing the date of a job already booked in to finish. Would recommend

  This company was the only one which gave a positive response to our request for work to be done. Apart from several who turned it down without further detail, another company asked for further detail, promised to revert to us, but did not. JP Free on the other hand provided a personal visit from their engineer within 48 hours, a written estimate 24 hours after that, another visit to discuss the estimate following feedback from the insurance company, and then arrived to carry out the work on time and in good order. Workers were clean, polite and efficient. The work was very good

  Full house renovation

  Do not work with them. Pleinty of problems depsite paying them nearly 8k. I do regret. I will have now to pay again someone else on the pending issues. Very bad.
