  Toilet Cistern Repair

  Naomi from J P Free was excellent! Arrived early,we discussed the problem, had a look, realised that the part that was supplied was wrong,so a trip to our local plumbers merchant and getting the right part was obtained. Back to the toilet, correct part fitted and a flushing toilet was back in use! I have never been more happier to have a toilet that flushes properly! Naomi is a credit to herself, her Company and Trade. We shall be using them again should the need arise. Brilliant Service.

  Float valves

  The primary job was to resolve a dripping compression joint on the loft header tank float valve. After booking the appointment a secondary issue arose: a toilet cistern valve was failing to close properly. Both problems were competently resolved by Naomi who displayed notable initiative overcoming difficult access to isolating valves on boxed in pipework.

  Replace faulty cistern part with new part.

  J P Frees Plumber Naomi was excellent, arrived early, was greeted with a cuppa, we spoke about the job and what was happening and she was straight to the job. Wrong parts had been sent by the supplier (Another Return) but a quick visit to a local plumbers merchant and hopefully a superior part was soon fitted and working correctly. I have never been so happy to have a flushing toilet! Naomi is a credit to herself, her company and her trade. We will be using these guys again if needed. Superb Service, thank you.

  New bathroom installation. Stud wall and all new pipework.

  James and his team were fantastic. They turned up when they agreed to, finished the job to a very high standard in the time frame they estimated. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom installation. 10/10

  First fix on conversion from bath to shower

  James was very prompt in coming out assessing the work and booking it in. He sent his plumber, Felix round to cap off pipes so that I could continue getting everything ready for him. It was Felix who then completed the job on a second visit and I can't praise him enough. He is polite, easy to talk to and very good at what he does. He worked hard and left everything tidy. Thank you to James and Felix for a great job. I'd definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future
