James and his team were very professional and courteous during the work carried out. The boiler was moved, gas fires were removed and radiators installed. The work was excellent and all mess was cleaned up and taken away. Would absolutely recommend J P Free Ltd

A great boiler service experience.

We booked a routine boiler service on our gas combi boiler, not realising what this included. Previous experience of servicing only checked the boiler. This time all radiators were checked, the flue was checked and the external gas meter was checked, as well as the boiler! We were impressed by the person carrying out the service. She arrived within the stated time frame, was courteous and friendly and answered our many questions. It was a very positive experience for us and we will certainly use this company again.

I was kept well informed on the service date and engineer arrival time, engineer who completed the work was well experienced with the job and completed all work without issue and confirmed all was fine with boiler and certification would be emailed to me.

Had a great experience with JP Free Plumber. They sent out Connor to sort out a water filter, and he did an excellent job—efficient, tidy, and really professional. The whole company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Friendly, reliable service that I’d happily recommend to anyone.
