    I had lost my car keys and I received very helpful and prompt service from both my contact on the telephone and the technician. I received a replacement car key within about three to four hours of placing the call.

    I'm really happy with the overall experience. We called KeyTek to book a appointment that was short notice. Within an hour from being on the phone, we had a locksmith come out and diagnose the issue. Steve identified the problem then quoted what needed to be done, giving us the option if we wanted the work to be carried out. We of course proceed with the replacement and it was done in roughly 20 minutes start to finish. Steve was very knowledgeable of his craft and gave some great advice for the rest of the Door/lock-unlike a cowboy. Definitely shall be using KeyTek again. Reasonable pricing
