    Keytek responded very quickly by phone to my online request and arranged for a Lockfit locksmith to do the work. He arrived soon afterwards, was courteous and informative, seemed well-equipped and knowledgeable, and carried out the work effectively. I would use his services again.

    Engineer was very nice and efficient. Did not receive any confirmation email or text when booking and had to ring the call centre twice to see if engineer on the way as he was an hour late.

    PVC front door wouldn’t lock. Gearbox faulty and replaced.

    Very very expensive but did the job quickly and fixed the issue. First visit 1hr identified problem and ordered part and did a temporary fix. Returned 2 days later and fitted part in 15mins. Part was £98. Overall price £350 for 1hr 15mins work. As it was the front door I had to get it done but I would be rushing to use these again at this price.
