  Very friendly and polite staff and great communication

  I emailed this company to ask for a quote for an outdoor plug to be fitted they sent someone to have a look within a couple of days and I received the quote that evening and it was the cheapest quote we had received which is great. We went ahead with the work and the work was completed within a couple of days of acceptance and we were given an option of days and times to choose. The lad who did the work was very friendly and polite and we are very happy customers.

  We asked Duffet Electrical to carry out an Electrical Installation Condition Report at one of our properties. They responded very promptly to our request . The job was booked in with no delay . The electrician was polite and appears to have done a thorough job . Would recommend.

  Replace bathroom light switch.

  Same day response to my convenience , replaced failed light switch , made workplace safe before starting job , no mess left to clean up. Successful outcome . Provided Certificate on Completion. Will use again. Wish all tradesmen were like this !

  Duffett electrical replaced an outside door light and new sockets in kitchen. The work was done to a very high standard with test certificates issued . The work was carried out very promptly following estimates given , at a very reasonable cost. The whole team including office are friendly ,helpful and hardworking putting the customer first and problem solving a fault I already had prior to calling them out. The work to fix it was above and beyond . Excellent company so glad I used their services . Thank you .
