  Replacing side fence and concrete pillars damaged in storm

  Laurance responded within an hour of posting the job and arranged to come round and quote.He provided a quote to repair the damage and to replace the entire fence and gave us his availability.We booked him in for the replacement at his next available slot (he wasn't the cheapest but we thought he was the most genuine we had quote).He arrived at the agreed time & did a good job in very hot conditions. It took a little longer than expected as he was on his own but the end product was a completely new fence that looked good. We paid the agreed price & would definitely use him again in the future.

  Replacing a defective Mira electric shower like for like

  Mo contacted me minutes after the job went out on Checkatrade platform. We arranged a time for him to come around to quote. Mo advised me prior to visiting that electric showers can rarely be repaired & usually needed to be replaced. When Mo arrived to quote, we discussed a few alternative options & prices other than replacing like for like. Mo clearly explained what was required for each option. I decided to just replace the shower like for like & I ordered the same unit from Amazon (on Mo's advice as it was cheaper). Mo then replaced the unit with no issues. I would definitely use him again.

  Fixed leaking bath & taps

  Neil was brilliant from start to finish. He contacted me within an hour of my job, being raised on Checkatrade's platform. We arranged a time for him to come round and quote for the repairs. He arrived on time, assessed the job. We agreed a price based off his recommendations for the repair. He then carried out the repair, keeping me informed throughout with what he found. Neil was clean and tidy and finished the repair quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use Neil again!
