  Contacted Hiwa about disconnecting my existing gas cooker, which was being delivered later in the week, and installing the new one. On the day that it was delivered I called them at 11:30 and by 13:00 the job was done and they had left. Absolutely brilliant. Just wish that more tradespeople were like them. Recommend Hiwa 100%.

  A lack of investigation

  This trades man did not fix the issue and did not investigate the thermostat in which the batteries had died, so causing the heating not to start. He proceeded to tell me it was my PCB which would cost me hundreds of £ and I should really have a new boiler for which he would quote.

  This home owner did not let me do my job. The first thing I tried was the thermostat but she asked me not to spend time on it as the previous engineer a while ago had been there and it had not been the case. After speaking to Glowworm the manufacturer they said surely the pcb needed replacing. The home owner provided wrong information and did not let me do my job.

  Prompt, efficient service for our boiler.

  Asked on Checkatrade for a person to fix our boiler that wasn't keeping pressure, within a few minutes Mo called and was able to attend and same the same day. Mo identified the issue and fixed it straight away. Highly recommend, thank you Mo!
