  Mo responded quickly to my job request. He inspected the leaking tap and gave me good advice regarding another possible job. When I had unexpectedly to cancel the planned date for the work he was happy to reschedule and in fact was able replace the tap earlier than expected. He was quick, efficient and left everything tidy. I'd be very happy to use Hiwa Plumbing again.

  Needed 3 old central heating gas pipes removing from the ceiling.

  Mo turned up on time and was patient as I had been delayed. We had previously discussed price when on the phone prior to look at the job. Mo explained clearly what was required and got to work. Halfway through removal of the first pipe, Mo discovered an issue and talked me through what would be needed to complete the job and changes in price (materials and labour). Mo popped out, got the parts and within an hour and half, job was done.

  Boiler Replacement

  Mo replaced our immersion tank and boiler with a new combi boiler - and helpfully explained the difference between the two. The work was carried out quickly and professionally.
