  Really speedy reply to our enquiry, and very polite and helpful service. Work was done really quickly and at a great rate, and I appreciated being advised where work might not be necessary to keep costs down. Will absolutely be using them again for any plumbing work.

  No hot water fix

  I had no hot water from my Economy 7 water tank. Mo fixed the problem and explained what was wrong. Really nice man. Would recommend.

  Quick response and satisfactory job completion.

  I was contacted very quickly following my request for a gas engineer. He came round swiftly to look at the job (installation of a gas hob with new pipework) and gave me a price/rough date of availability. He turned up early on date of installation and got on with the job. Despite a miscommunication as to where pipes should go, he came back and successfully finished off the job to my satisfaction. Good communucation overall. Happy to recommend.

  boiler service and gas safety certificate

  Excellent thorough service. Checked several things previous engineers did not check, including the magnetic filter, which having not been emptied since the boiler was installed had a lot of stuff in it. Tip for improvement: would be better to have own large bowl and kitchen roll instead of needing to ask customer for it... and also to take away used kitchen roll. However these are very minor points, the service itself was excellent. Very pleased.
