Nice guy, poor results

Trader is a nice person, but we're really disappointed with our fence. The job - initially scheduled for three days - went on for over a month, and was plagued with problems (eg. underestimating the amount of materials, not turning up on agreed days etc). Four months on, and our fence is breaking apart in places and the wood is warping. We called him back to fix the issues after a month or so, but it didn't do much good and now there are still many issues with the final fence. We're going to have to resort to fixing it ourselves or paying a different contractor to make it good.

Really great guy. Did amazing work that completed transformed the garden. We now have sturdy fences, what a novelty! There was a small issue that he brought quickly to our attention and sorted so the work was still completed on time. Definitely one to recommended for good and efficient work!

Replacement fence panels.

Great communication from start to finish. Laurence worked tirelessly, even in the recent high temperatures. A few unforeseen issues which Laurence worked around and finished the job to a high standard. Very conscientious and has a great attention to detail, Laurence won’t stop until you are completely satisfied. Really pleased with the finished product. Would have no hesitation recommending Laurence.

Installation of five fence panels, one specially cut, with concrete posts and boards, and a gate.

Great communication throughout. Worked really hard in scorching heat to get the work done. Encountered additional challenges when digging posts due to pre-existing foundations, but didnt let this hinder him and got the work done without a grumble. Really pleased with the finished product. Will work with Laurence again i hope.
