  We were very pleased with the repair plastering work done on a rough, damaged ceiling in our bedroom by DF Plastering. The new plastering work has repaired this entirely. We can recommend this good plastering crew run by the very pleasant, polite and reliable Dany.

  new cupboard

  Dougie did a really good job building us a new, tall cupboard, although slightly different to the original design in the end. He was very pleasant and helpful and we would have no hesitation using Dougie again for future carpentry jobs.

  Window cleaners great clean with a big smile

  Window cleaning couple Michael and Uzuk do a great job at a very fair price and even go the extra mile if needed, as was the case at our house, but always with big, friendly smiles. A lovely, genuine and super competent, family minded pair. Highly recommended!

  Faulty shower plus Japanese-stye toiler

  Mark came round to fix a faulty shower that was either producing boiling or freezing water. Then having done that, with instructions to call him back if it needed if we had any problems, he then turned his attention to another job I only mentioned having problems finding someone to do: fixing a replacement seat for our Japanese-style toilet (this seat carries the eletrics to make the whole thing go ). Even though there were no instructions in the box he worked the whole thing out. His bill for both jobs was extremely reasonable. What a great plumber and so nice too. Highly recommended.

  A nightmare drain blockage on the eve of Bank Holidays

  Jack, our drainage engineer arrived very swiftly the late afternoon just before Easter bank holidays were about to begin, when we had just discovered to our horror that the blockage was worse than before the previous local company had tried to fix it. It turned out to be a very complicated and extensive job, which at times we began to despair over, but Jack managed to get it fixed in the end to our massive relief and was kind and cheerful throughout. Warmly recommended.
