I have just completed the planning stage of a new boiler and central heating. Scott is super helpful, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about getting the job right. GWE have serviced our boiler for some years. We had booked for them to come next week, but something came up and we had to cancel yesterday. As it happened, someone else had cancelled yesterday, so the engineer arrived in the afternoon and promptly services the boiler, explaining what was going on and reassuring us our boiler was in good condition, despite being 11 years old! After gathering quotes for a new boiler from several suppliers, I opted for GWE because of their speedy responses, positive reviews and range of finance options. I’m very happy with the job Scott and the team did - everything was done with care and precision and the explanation of how to operate the key controls was super clear.
