Mark is polite and courteous. Has experienced knowledge and every tool possible to do the job! My job was quite small compared to other projects he talked about, but I had the same service regardless. Excellent fast friendly service. Mark responded promptly to my call and was round to give advice the same day on a leaking toilet. He came back another day to try and fix the issue but turned out the toilet needed replacing as it had corroded. He gave good advice on sourcing another toilet and was back once it had arrived to install it.
