  Tree and stump removal

  I had a tree between me and my neighbour removed and a tree stump removed. I’ve used Jon services previously, his communication is always good and keeps to his word. He always listens to what I want to achieve and takes his time, also very knowledgeable in his work. Will use again in future when needed, have previously recommended to others and will continue to.

  Repointing & replacement soffit/ fascias

  Andy repointed the back of my house & replaced any damaged/ mismatched bricks, and also fitted new fascias/ soffits and gutters. As always the standard of work is top tier, turned up early everyday and made sure everywhere was left clean and tidy. Both of them worked hard even when the weather was terrible. Very happy with the finished product & will be using again in the near future.

  Re cementing ridge tiles

  Jim managed to fit me in quickly to have my ridge tiles re cemented as they were no longer water tight. He came out the same day to look at the job. Have used before on my last property and will be using again to have a new roof and fascia’s done in future.

  DPC injections, wall tanking/ plastering

  This is my second time using Home and Dry and have had great experiences both times. They tanked some walls and re plastered where needed, recommended an dmev fan in the kitchen for condensation when cooking and DPC injections on the gable end. Everyone I spoke with were friendly and professional and couldn’t do more for me from start to finish. They were also able to fit me in quickly and ensured I was happy with everything a long the way. Would definitely recommend and will be using in future if needed.

  Exterior brick work

  Andy completed some bricking up around new external waste pipes inside and out. He was able to match the existing bricks really well, which now look almost seamless. The work was completed quickly, left clean and tidy afterwards and was always kept up to date. I would highly recommend and will be using myself for all future works whilst renovating.

  Fascia’s, soffits and gutters

  Jim and his team were brilliant from start to finish. He gave me a quote and explained exactly what would be done and when. His team fitted new black fascia’s, white soffits and guttering to the front of my house which looks amazing. Communication was great throughout and the work was completed that day. I would recommend One Fit to everyone and will definitely be using them again in the future.
