  Once again Andy. Thank you. I trust Andy, he tells you the truth, he give you a fair price, and comes when he says he will. Today Andy came got out lead flashing on my extension. Unfortunately the job is way bigger than expected. Andy has advised me what needs doing, and put everything back as it was. With no charge. Thanks Andy.

  Replacing two lintels above windows and door.

  Andy managed to squeeze in repairing two lintels. I was kept informed of what was happening, they worked hard to get the job done and Andy talked me through what had been done. Thoroughly professional and tidy. I would definitely recommend him.

  Holes/rips in felt on the roof repaired

  Andy came round quickly to assess the job and was able to complete it the same day. All work was done to an excellent standard as usual with before and after video/photos as well so you can see the work done and progress. Highly recommend Andy and always contact him for any work required.

  Kitchen finishing touches

  Once our new kitchen had been fitted, I asked Andy if he had the availability to come back and add the finishing touches for us (skirting boards etc.). He got back to me straight away with his availability and as always was really reliable. He came when he said he would and him and Howard were in and out really quickly. As always the finish was to the highest standard. Thanks to both Andy and Howard for all your hard work helping us out through the whole project.

  Window & Door Replacement

  I found Andy Kille through checking reviews and feedback on social media a few years ago and thankfully he ventured to sunny Chorley to complete a job for me (creating a window in gable end). Since then he has completed several jobs, this time, removing and replacing a kitchen window and door (all one unit). He is always prompt, courteous, explains everything, does a great job, clears up and we trust him, what more can you ask for. Thank you to Andy and his lad for a fab job, we love it, made such a difference.

  Single storey rear extension and internal wall knock through.

  I can't recommend Andy highly enough if you need any building work to be carried out. From his first visit for a quote to job completion he's reliable and hardworking and does the job to a very high standard. His communication is clear and talks through all the aspects of the work. Andy has recently completed our rear extension, knocking down an internal wall and the installation of steels in just 6 weeks. The house now looks amazing, ready for the installation of our new kitchen. Amazing job Andy and Howard.
