  Reliable, honest and a great job done

  I recently had Jim and his team replace the rotten soffit, fit a new uPVC box end and sort out the guttering and I'm really pleased with the work. Jim was great from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, turned up when he said he would and the team got on with the job with no fuss. They worked hard, did a really neat job and cleaned up afterwards too. The price was exactly what we agreed, with no hidden extras, and Jim also provided a 10 year guarantee which gave me real peace of mind. It's not always easy finding reliable tradespeople, so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

  Prompt, professional service from start to finish

  Telephoned on Tuesday with a leak in the roof. Jim came to have a look within the hour and not only gave me a quote but explained exactly what the problem was and the reason it was happening in a way I understood. I accepted the reasonable quote and the team turned up Wednesday morning to complete the work. I was amazed at the friendliness, punctuality, professionalism and standard of work that was carried out. I now know exactly who I'll be calling in future for all my roofing needs.   Stone guttering to a cottage was overflowing and required fixing

  Jim visited me within 24 hours of me requesting a quote. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of the issue I had with my guttering. He explained the proposed solution and provided an immediate quote. The quote was good value for money and was accepted. The works were undertaken within 4 days, and Jim and his team were very friendly and professional throughout the works. The repair, which others had failed to address properly, was completed promptly and has worked to resolve the problem I had with the gutters. If you have a problem with stone gutters then Jim is the person to help.
