  Professional and to a high standard

  Everyone was excellent from arranging the quote, booking the work and the two teams who came in to do the work. Everyone was friendly with the work being done on time and to a high standard. The teams did a great job of cleaning up after themselves when they were done.

  Everyone we dealt with were professional, friendly and explained everything thoroughly. From the initial contact with the ladies on the phone to the work being done, we were pleased with how efficient and pleasant it all was. The 2 guys who came out were lovely and made sure everything was clean when they left (even down to washing their own brew cups!). I would recommend this company and am happy with all the work they’ve done :)

  Excellent service

  The company provided a through explanation of the problem, proposed solution and tried to keep costs down when talking me through it. They returned a prompt quote with a breakdown of the expected costs and services. The spent 2 days total sorting my damp walls and on both days they laid down sheets and cleaned up after themselves to ensure they didn't leave behind a large mess. They were prompt and speedy with sorting the walls, no faff and excellent communication. Wonderful woman led company! Thank you all!

  This is a very friendly but professional company. They turned up when they said they would and gave me the price for the job in total.......non of this 'without vat' or things added on! The surveyor, Peter, was lovely. Said they could definitely do the job, told me what they'd do and when.....the electricians that installed the fans were friendly, professional and TIDY and also the two painters who did the outside of the property were just fab!!! Even offered to get my daughter a sausage roll from the bakery round the corner!!!! I honestly cannot recommend this company enough ! A***

  Rising damp

  Perfect experience from start to finish. it's hard to know where to start when finding tradespeople when you've never had to before. They came to do a survey then I received an email explaining everything that needed doing. There was absolutely no pressure and everything was explained in detail and any questions I had were answered straight away and in a really friendly way both by email and phone. The plastering is perfect as well. I would definitely recommend this company
