  Creating a hole for an air vent.

  Good advice and were able to fit us in quickly. Slight miscommunication in that creating the hole for the vent inevitably meant that there was some damage to the surrounding brickwork and plaster, but repairs to this weren't considered part of the job.

  Damp roofing

  Got in touch with Home and Dry solutions as had someone else in that started to do work but did such a bad job and left downstairs of property in a really bad state David came and surveyed job on Monday and gave me a quote I was happy with The team came on Tuesday to start remove bad workmanship already been started and will be here till Wednesday to inject damp proof and put membrane on walls Plastered will arrive to finish job if plasterboard and plastering walls Thank god for Home and Dry solutions otherwise would still be living in the mess I was left with
