  David’s expertise and advice was second to none. An honest opinion was provided on all areas surveyed which were concluded did not require any expensive remedial works as an independent survey had previously suggested. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism.

  PIV and DMEV fan installation

  Friendly and responsive team to deal with. Provided a detailed quote with clear options. Work was completed on time and at the price quoted. Feedback from my tenant: Absolutely brilliant, the kitchen fan works brilliantly, no steam on the windows at all, even with them open, really impressed, the fan at the top of the stairs is good too, bit of a breeze when I walked under it through the night, they said it will take a few weeks for it to be noticed, my daughter has the same thing at her house and she's happy with it. Steve was lovely too, took all of his mess with him and very polite.

  Very professional and informative assessment of the damp/condensation problem. Work was agreed and a date arranged. The men were punctual and friendly, answering my questions. They were aware of any disturbance and mess, and cleaned up when the jobs were done.

  whole flat fitted with fans.

  I had fans fitted in my living room,bathroom & 2 bedrooms.lovely smart neat powerful fans.im really made-up that I chose this company and ste the electrician who fitted them done a boss job,he was on time,polite,cleaned up after himself,worked hard well done.

  DPC and secoflex paint to exterior of house

  We recently moved into a large older property, and it needed a full damp proof to the exterior walls . The render at the back and front of the house was painted with secoflex stormdry. The repair job to the existing render was also included in the price of the job, which wasn't cheap but all workmen came on time they were friendly and professional. Overall the job ran very smoothly and the company was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend them.
