  When our home buyers survey found damp we contacted several tradesmen about carrying out a damp survey. Joseph was quick to respond, clear on pricing at the only one who asked to see our home buyers survey. He efficiently and independently arranged the survey with the estate agent keeping us informed. His report was clear and understandable even the people who aren't familiar with the subject matter. He has also been helpful answering follow up questions. I would happily recommend him and use him again.

  Brian was a pleasure to deal with from quote through to finishing. He was friendly and very reasonable with pricing. He built the shed very well as far as I can tell despite it being a lot more com than we both initially thought! He just got on with the job at hand finding solutions for any problems that arose. He also concreted in our rotary airer which is looking great and getting a lot of use on this nice weather. I will definitely be using Brian again for any work that comes up. Thank you!

  Leaking bathroom tap

  I called plumb London after waking up to a leak in bathroom. Was told I would be put down as priority because I had a newborn and an active leak. Engineer arrived an hour outside of the window we were given, turned the isolation valve under the sink (a 10 second job) and left. We were charged £108 for the pleasure despite saying we were unhappy with the work and we tried calling to speak to management. We have emailed asking to come to an agreeable solution and had no response 4 days later. Plumb London have left us with a newborn, no bathroom tap and taken money without permission. Avoid.

  Loft insulation and boarding

  We had our loft cleared out including an old tank. New insulation laid and boarding across the centre. John and team were great from beginning to end. Giving us options to fit our budget. The team were so helpful and friendly and kept us informed what was going on. I’m no expert on the quality of the work but it looks good to me.

  Balance system

  I cannot recommend Terry enough. We contracted him to quote us for a power flush following the suggestion from British Gas. Terry came round and suggested balancing the system instead. He saved us a ton of money, was polite and helpful and reliable. We have been suffering a freezing house my over a year and Terry’s work has improved our quality of life over night. Thank you!

  Assembling swing and concrete into ground

  Bits and bobs

  Shaun did lots of jobs for us including taking out some kitchen units, putting up blinds and stairgate, bath sealant and various other bits and pieces. He was chatty, productive, did everything he said he would and took the time to explain what he was doing. I’m passing his number on to my mum for him to do some bits for her too. Would definitely recommend!
