Changing the lock on front door

Sandrino came round to change the lock on my front door and, I must say, he was excellent. For supply he reasons he was required to head back and forth between mine and the place where he picks up the locks, so the job took him a lot longer than required, but once he was here, he only needed 5 or so minutes to change the lock. He kept me updated throughout the day as to how long he would be (because of the need to go back and get new parts, and then modify them), and was very friendly and polite. The fee was higher than originally quoted but overall I would highly recommend Sandrino and ESC.

Upvc door jammed

Calling this company today to sort out our faulty door.Sandrino was brilliant and helpful and presented us two options to fix our door .We agreed to fit a new mechanism in the end .He changed the mechanism on spot and offered us a discount for changing the lock as well.We definitely recommend this company.Thank you very much.

Replace an UPVC mechanism on Sarurday night as I was not able to close the door.

Sandrino was amazing as he was able to fix on spot the issue we hd with the door.He arrived in about 30min and helped us to close the door.I was very scared as I was not able to close the door during the night.
