    New shed roof and shed guttering

    Shaun was reliable and friendly, he kept to the prices quoted. He tidied up after himself and quality of work is great. I asked him to remove an old shed roof that was damp and letting in water due to no roofing felt being in place. He also replaced all the plastic guttering and fixed the shed door so it closed properly. I’d highly recommend Shaun/GEMS building and maintenance

    Work not Complete

    After instructing to repair and paint ceiling repair out and four hours I could see that the ceiling needs the more filler as it had sunk could do with another coat on all ceiling I made the company aware was told he come back and Have a look a Sort. That never happened on More then one date was told was Coming over

    General handyman work completed

    Really happy with the work carried out. Arrived when agreed, worked efficiently, and everything was completed to a good standard. Communication was easy throughout and the whole process felt straightforward and stress-free. Would happily use again and absolutely will recommend to others
