  Spot on. Instant phone call to arrange, good comms throughout. Nice guys who explained everything and more importantly solved the issue. Honestly can’t really comment on pricing as I didn’t get a quote from anyone else but seemed about right based on chat GPT. Excellent quality of work.

  Central heating fix.

  I put an advert out for a small heating job. Karum got in contact within minutes and within 30 mins was at my house. He was polite and very knowledgable. Diagnosis was quick and so was the fix. Heating control now fixed and more importantly I have a plumber/heating expert who I know I can trust. Would recommend to anyone.

  Leaking pipe fitting.

  Excellent. Derick contacted me the next morning after putting out the job. He was able to fit me in that afternoon and gave me a quote. The job was completed promptly, completed to a very high standard and he was very courteous throughout. He arrived on time and left the property as clean as he found it. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I now have a go to “guy” should I have any further work need doing. Thanks Derick.

  Job search done through checkatrade. Price was good so went with this company. I was unfortunately not around when we agreed to meet for quotation because I got held up. They still managed to get round and look at the job whilst on the phone. This impressed me. Communication was spot on and they managed to get to me 3 days earlier than planned. The team arrive when they said and carried out the work to a high standard using good materials. All mess tidied up. Informative, polite and an excellent work ethic. I now have a roofer I will use again and would definitely recommend. Thanks!

  Garden tree removal and stump removal

  Fantastic. Charlie and Connor were brilliant and I am extremely happy with the work done. I would fully recommend them Communication was spot on. Polite, informative and professional from the onset to the. In total three large trees (c50’) and 13 stump removed. Bar the odd bit of sawdust on the ground (to be expected) everything went and the garden was left immaculate. I was surprised how tidy it was. The safe working practice and work ethic were exemplary and immediately I trusted that the trees would come down safely, without damage to the buildings. I was right. Thank you

  Fit a new kitchen in a rental flat.

  I was lucky to stumble upon Sam. I was let down by a kitchen fitter with one day before work was due to start in my rental property. I rang Sam and he quoted me the next day and managed to squeeze me in. The quote was reasonable and the work was agreed. Sam was on time and ready to go exactly when he said he would be. He was polite and courteous throughout despite there some challenges posed by it being a poorly converted building. All problems were overcome and his workmanship was to a very high standard. His communications throughout were spot on. Highly recommended. Thanks

  Agreed to a job but didn’t turn up

  Organised a job with a months notice. Initially comms were ok and the price was good. With a week to go, no response to emails, texts or calls and no one turned up on the day. Left me with the new kitchen to store and having to find a new tradesman to fit it, not to mention a quite rightly so annoyed tenant.

  Fixed radiator leak.

  There was a small leak from the compression joint on the radiator. The system was drained and the repair was carried out. As the scores of 10 suggest I could not be happier with Ben or his apprentice. They came round within 30mins, were polite, knowledgeable and the quality of work was to a high standard. In terms of cleanliness, I was gobsmacked there was no sign of them draining the system. They were professional throughout. Don’t hesitate to use them. Thank you.

  35 square metres of block leaving and step

  Kosta and his team were fantastic. They were delayed in starting but Maria kept us informed and these things sometimes cannot be helped. Unfortunately, due to this delay in starting I was not around to make the job as easy as it could have been. That said it was no bother at all for Kosta and his team. The work was due to take a week to finish and they worked tirelessly through the weekend until it was finished. This only took 3 days! Amazing! The team were courteous, hard working and precise in what they did. The results are fantastic and I've already recommended them. Thanks! Please use them.
