  After I asked a quote, they contacted me quickly, fixed the most urgent part next day, and the rest a week later. Scheduling was easy, they weren't pushy with their calendar, instead they worked around mine. They arrived punctually, their workers were kind and cheerful. They told everything they needed when they arrived, and showed the result after they finished, in-between I was able to work in my home office without any disturbance - in the meanwhile they've done a good job. Their price was fair, exactly as they quoted, no "surprise" extra cost. I recommend them for one with damaged roof.
