Pump installation and radiator fault

Ben was prompt with responses by text and booking a date was easy. He arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work to a good standard. The area was left clean and minimal mess was made. Ben was helpful and polite, easy to work with. The cost was reasonable and we will definitely use him again for future plumbing issues!

Replace and re-site boiler and hot water storage

Unfortunately a very poor experience. Timeliness - Ben failed to attend on the day he was meant to start the work. He hadn't ordered the boiler so job took far longer than needed. Cleanliness - carpets and banisters severely stained and walls and bedding marked. Left litter in loft area. Quality - Poor. Thermostat did not work and had to be replaced. System not proven to work before leaving. System still does not work. Valve broke so do not have central heating. Ben has failed to attend to fix. Communication - He doesn't answer calls or respond to texts. I would not recommend whatsoever.

Diagnose and Fix heating control failure

Ben came to my rescue during a freezing few weeks in November when my heating system decided to do it’s own thing! He worked late and at the weekend to fix the problem, and when the first possible solution didn’t work, he came back immediately and tried something else (which worked). He is pleasant and friendly. Very much recommended.

Repair of blocked taps

Ben is very skilled, prompt, professional, trustworthy and reliable. He sorted out 2 blocked taps very efficiently. He’s previously repaired radiator leaks, installed a shower pump and resolved damp problems using his extensive knowledge. Extremely well-recommended!
