Job location: RG40What superb service! It’s so refreshing to have someone who is so positive and reassuring when work is being undertaken and taking the time to explain next steps. Pete put a temporary lock on my door whilst ordering another part so that my house was secure.. He was so accommodating when I had to change the appointment date at short notice. The final lock was a bit challenging but to hear someone say they won’t be defeated was joyful! I would wholeheartedly recommend Pete to sort out any locks without question and it was very reasonably priced.10 Peter is punctual, knowlegeable and very professional in his work

Peter was a pleasure to meet, was very respectful when entering our home and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly.
