  Excellent work on our garage roof carried out on the agreed date and to the agreed price. James also found a hole where the main roof met the garage roof and fixed this at no extra cost. Would use again without hesitation.

  Sanding, staining and varnishing wooden floor throughout house.

  Excellent work. Old floor had multiple layers of varnish and ingrained dirt. The firm provided colour samples on the floor itself so we could choose the most appropriate. They then set to work: moving furniture, fixing loose boards, filling gaps, sanding down to the original pale pine, staining to our chosen colour and varnishing to a beautiful sheen. In three days they had solved all the problems they encountered and finished the job. We couldn't be more pleased with the result, which has transformed the house.

  Work finished earlier than expected. I inspected the work and it was of good quality. James was polite and helpful throughout, and explained carefully what was being done. Result: we now have a much more stable floor, so that sanding and polishing can be done.
