  Sonny was brilliant we had a leak and he couldn’t come out to us but he stayed on the phone and talked us through how to turn the water off and came round first thing the following morning and fixed it within an hour ! Brilliant service

  Efficient and prompt service

  Impeccable responded to our initial posting for clearance of two blocked toilets within minutes. Attended by lunchtime, and cleared toilets successfully and amazingly quickly as I had spent about 3 hours trying to clear them myself! Tristan was lovely to deal with and was happy to look at some other issues as we have just moved into a new house. Will most definitely use them again.

  Excellent service! Called as soon as posted the job late, Sonny kept me in the loop with getting the part and his ETA the next morning. Excellent plumber will not use another plumber now we have found Sonny!!!!

  Fixed broken valve

  Sonny came out and fixed a broken valve so we could use the washing machine in our new home. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing and also gave us a few tips on stuff that needs doing in the future would recommend him as he was very professional and polite
