Tom was very responsive (phoned me up within 5mins of the ad being posted and then was at my property in 30mins). He was very friendly and helpful and completed the job quickly and efficiently. 10 Full Aerial and minor roof damage repair.

Tom called with a quote shortly after my online request. The price was fair and he attended promptly to replace our snapped aerial system including the splitter/amplifier. Having seen some debris on the ground I asked him to check the roof for damage and he took pictures of tiles smashed when the pole snapped. Tom has completely changed my working day by adding a wired internet connection to my home office. I had been struggling with a slow connection but now I can make video calls, download and stream to my heart's content! He was polite and friendly, his work was tidy and he guided us through what we needed without being patronising or too tech-y.
