10 Super customer service for new aerial

Job location: RH17Customer communication was superb. Did proper tests to get right type of aerial. In a ‘dead’ spot here so amplifier needed. Just moved in so Tom helped me set up system in new house as part of the service. Tom is a good example of what trusted trader is all about . Reliable, trustworthy and good at what he does. Highly recommended from me. Good job all round,10 Polite Service and done to a high standard

I initially had a good experience with Tom—he arrived promptly, communicated well, and mounted my TV and speaker efficiently. However, after the installation, I noticed that the TV is mounted too close to the speaker underneath, which restricts movement and could potentially damage either item. I reached out to Tom several times via message and phone with no response, which is disappointing. I spent £1,500 on the TV and speaker and paid £180 incash for the installation, so I expected better aftercare. I've also provided a photo showing the issue.
