Tom was fantastic. We had an issue with the ethernet cable being faulty and registering 100mbps max speed - Tom was great, came back and replaced the cable from top to bottom. Job location: BN11Tom was excellent. friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the aerial cable and installed a booster too improve reception. He even clipped the wires to makes them tidier. Highly recommended!
