  Charlie responded promptly to our original request, gave an accurate assessment of the work required, including photos of the damage to the roof, organized the scaffolders, and carried out the work quickly and thoroughly. I cannot praise him enough.

  Roof Repair

  Contacted C Smith Roofing back in September when the new slate roof on my conservatory started leaking, rather than just quote for the work Charlie gave me sound advice on what actions to take with the people who initially did the work. Following issues with the initial contractors we decided to go with C Smith Roofing, from the quote process all the way through to completion the service was excellent with an extremely high standard of quality. Charlie and his team were wonderful and did a great job of keeping us updated as work progressed. I would highly recommend C Smith Roofing.

  New roof

  Charlie and his team were excellent. Having been told our roof would only need superficial repairs, Charlie confirmed the roof was in a worse condition than we thought. He gave us a reasonable quote for a new roof, which his team completed in two days. They were always on time & worked incredibly hard to get the job finished. I can’t thank them enough.

  Dry verge system added to roof

  Charlie did an excellent job on our roof. He took the time to explain the options and what he was going to do. He also pointed out some further floors in the workmanship that another roofer had done. He really went into detail on this and helped explain the problems so that I could understand, and it was done in a genuine way rather than just pushing to gain more work. Would highly recommend.
