  Russ was great - fast and clear communication, even shared a link to his live route with us so we knew when our piano was getting collected and delivered. He was professional and the piano was brought into our home with care exactly where we wanted it. 10/10! Thank you

  Lock cylinder replaced

  Really helpful - locksmith let me know that my antique nightlatch was in good condition still, so didn’t want to waste a lovely bit of engineering. He just gave it a service and replaced the Yale lock cylinder as my front door key was sticking. Really appreciated that! He was courteous, explained everything really well, kept the area tidy etc. and came same day.

  Replacing front door lock

  Ivo arranged a time to come over the same day and completed the job quickly - the lock mechanism needed to be replaced and the door rehung, he was clear about pricing and very polite and friendly. He did the job in no time at all and what was a massive headache for me is now totally sorted - thank you so much!

  I rang up and the lady I spoke to got Albert to come out within a few hours to take a look which was brilliant, he came back within a few days with a colleague who was also really friendly and polite. The job was sorted really quickly and saved me a lot of stress. Highly recommend
