  Our flat was broken into while we were away. I called Locksmith Ivo in a panic and he came out straight away, replaced all the compromised locks, and reinforced the back door too. He was understanding and supportive — just what we needed after something so upsetting.

  I accidentally locked myself out of my flat just as I was heading to work. Locksmith Ivo was the only one who picked up the phone at 7:30am, and he arrived in under 25 minutes. He opened the door smoothly without any damage and even gave me tips on preventing it from happening again. Totally professional and reasonably priced. Thank you!
