  Ivo was super quick to respond to my messages and turned up exactly when he said he would. I expected the worst as the door was stuck closed after breaking all the internals but Ivo had it opened and everything replaced within 30 minutes. Extremely happy with his service and would happily recommend to anyone.

  Really prompt at replying with great communication, and was able to come within a matter of hours to fix the issue. Fixed the lock in great time, as well as a small additional issue! Would highly recommend

  Change of faulty locking console

  My front door had been an absolute nightmare to lock and unlock - Ivo very quickly responded to my job request with a rough quote and explanation of what he thought the issue could be. He was very flexible with availability and able to come and fix the problem on a day that suited me and completed the job quickly and professionally with no issues at all, and made sure I was happy with everything before finishing :)

  Efficient and clean door lock mechanism repair.

  Great job efficiently and cleanly carried out. Ivo quickly diagnosed the problem with the latch mechanism and had the correct replacement part on the van. After fitting the part, he re-aligned the hinges and lock plate, so the door now closes and operates smoothly. My only negative is that he was delayed and didn't arrive as schedule, a quick message or phone call to let me know of the delay would have been appreciated.

  Locks change

  The service was excellent from start to finish. Ivo came out quickly to replace a broken lock on our front door and also changed the two locks on our back doors as we’ve just moved into a new house. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. The work was done to a high standard, and the price was surprisingly affordable. I highly recommend Ivo for anyone needing reliable and fast locksmith services!
