Hello, my name is Nigel and I’ve been working in the plumbing industry for 30 years. I’ve gained a wide range of experience, from building site work to private boilers and bathrooms. Over the last year I’ve taken a new direction and started my own company; N R Bates Plumbing and Heating!
Small jobs or large ones are equally welcome. I take pride in my work and enjoy providing a quality service to my customers, appreciating the importance of reliability and tidiness.

* Please note that although I will visit you to give a free estimate for future works you may require, this is NOT the same as when you call me out to fix/diagnose an immediate problem. In such cases there will be a charge for my time on site.
Also, sometimes customers in the process of purchasing property will ask me to visit the property, inspect the central heating system and write a report. I am happy to do this, but this is a chargeable service which is not covered by the free quote offer.
