  Fantastic service from NR Bates on a thorough job replacing a Boiler, Radiators, TRV's and running brand new pipework for a radiator location. Very knowledgeable and experienced and felt very confident in going with NR Bates. Work was completed quickly and on schedule and the pricing was very fair. Extremely pleased and satisfied.

  boiler service and trv valve replacement

  Good communication over the phone to book the job and provide a estimate budget. Arrived on time, took the time to explain all the work being done. Unfortunately there was a little leak and returned and got later to solve. Very good service and very happy, price was the expected and discussed. Would advise and book again next year.   Nigel was excellent, contacted me right away upon request and we found a time that fit my shifts. arrived bang on time and was so friendly, boiler service completed all tests results back as requested. 10/10 would use again
