  Boiler service, system check, small gas leak repaired and advice on future boiler replacement

  Costa was friendly, helpful and clearly knows what he's doing. He took the time to explain everything to me, showed me how to maintain the boiler better, and was clear about what choices we have when we decide to replace the boiler. He found a small gas leak during the service and again explained what he found, showing me the tools he used to check and find the leak, and provided clear information on the cost to repair it before going ahead. As requested Fastfix sent us a quote for replacement, this was in our hands early the next day with clear information on the costs. Highly recommend.

  Replace electric shower

  Barry was friendly, efficient, and kept everything tidy. When we had trouble finding the stopcock and had to move things around the kitchen he ensured everything was back in place, he also took the time to go buy us a tool needed to reach the tap as it wasn't accessible by hand. The shower selection was checked to ensure it would suit before purchase and he walked me through how to use it. Highly recommend and will be contacting him if we need further electrical work done.

  Fixing a light fixture and a noisy bathroom fan. Investigate electric shower.

  Barry was friendly and informative from the first message. He came out to look at our electric shower and while here was able to do a couple of small jobs we had to fix a light cable and a noisy bathroom fan. Very knowledgeable and has taken the shower details away to find us a suitable replacement. The work done was completed quickly without any disruption and to a high standard. Highly recommend.

  Excellent all round

  We had a small patch of damp on an exterior wall. Everyone, initial surveyor, customer service team, and tradesmen were informative and very helpful. Frankie & Danny were amazing. Explaining things in detail & updating on progress. When an unexpected problem occurred, and it was something he'd not experienced often before, Frankie took the time to check in with other tradesmen who had experience with it to verify the solution he thought he needed was the right one. They kept the work area incredibly tidy & made sure we could get on with our work while they did theirs. Highly recommend

  Friendly and efficient. The drain was blocked under the house. They did the job at a very reasonable price and when there was some problems that caused a mess in the bathroom they immediately offered to clean it up. Highly recommend and would use again if needed.

  From the first meeting to arrange a quote right through the whole job they were friendly and helpful. The work itself was done well and they took the time to give updates each day and plan ahead so our lives were disrupted as little as possible. Very efficient and organised and we are very happy with the results.
