  Danny, answered my call and we carried out our conversation through WhatsApp. Everything was quick and efficient. And I felt that Danny, was honest and clear when giving me quotes. The Plumber came and done his job and left all very clean and organised, which is a very important point, as we are a working office. He was a bit late, that wasn’t a big deal at this occasion, however as we have meetings with clients throughout the day, we appreciate punctuality. We are very pleased with the work overall. I would definitely call them again if needed.

  Excellent Service from FastFix

  FastFix provided an excellent service. Their gas engineer went the extra-mile to fit our new gas hob. The installation wasn’t straightforward but he managed to adjust the pipes and made sure the appliance was fit correctly. I highly recommend their service and I will surely call them again!

  Solid job and fair price

  Danny came and fixed a loose pipe with sealant and an extra long ladder to get to the high pipe (3rd story flat). Time will tell if the issue is completely resolved but the job was carried out well. Danny arrived earlier and worked proficiently whilst on the job. Thanks

  Efficient, polite and helpful emergency plumber

  We had a burst water pipe under the bath which flooded our bathroom. We were able to turn off the water but couldn't reattach the damaged connector. This left us without any water! Ringing around various plumbers noone was able to help as they wouldn't guarantee they'd have a part to fix it after hours. Danny however looked at the pictures and knew he'd be able to help. He was here within the timeframe he estimated, to the minute! He didn't waste a second and had it all sort within 10 minutes. Super friendly, polite and knowledgeable. We've asked him to quote to redo the damaged bathroom!

  Range Cooker Fitting

  Our new dual range cooker was fitted very well. The egineer was quiet and professional. It would have been helpful if he had had a partner with him to lift the heavy cookers around in the kitchen, as our floor was slightly scratched. Initially booked in for 9-10am but changed to 10am-12 noon on the day - and the engineer arrived within this second time period.
