  Fixing a leaking kitchen sink

  While the quoted price was reasonable and timescale to book was quick, they overcharged by charging for an entire second hour despite doing 1h and 3m of work and not informing us of the policy to round up. This did colour our view that the workman was purposely extending actions to fall into a second hour. The practice of charging by rounding up instead of time worked should have been specified beforehand and makes the interaction seem more shady.

  Water leak

  Very helpful and very considerate as we had a very difficult issue with a leak. The plumber spent time checking the water metre and we felt as though he took his time, assessed the situation and provided advice for next steps. We would definitely use them again.

  Blocked bathroom sink and leaking pipe

  Firstly Fastfix were very responsive in responding to my request and their quote and information was clear . Dino who carried out the work let me know his expected arrival time . He was polite and informative . He fixed the problem and went above and beyond helping with a loose tile and offering advice to prevent future blockages. Overall an excellent service 👌

  new boiler installed

  Had a new boiler installed and the whole process was smooth from quote to completion. The engineer was tidy, punctual, and took time to walk us through how everything worked afterwards. Highly recommend for anyone needing boiler work.
