  Traced a leak and fixed it with expertise and professionalism

  We had a leak in our ceiling but did not know the source. Called Fastfix London who came round within the hour and found the fix and resolved it with within a couple of hours. They were super professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They take great pride in their work and provided an excellent service.. Including clearing up after themselves. Would highly recommend and will use them again.

  Try to avoid, health and safety issues,

  Hi everyone, I contacted and engaged FastFix london ltd to replace my old boiler, the booking was on 24th September 2025, the new boiler was installed on the day, however the engineer promised to provide a gas safety certificate upon completion which was failed to do so. Until this date 30th October I didn't received my gas certificate despite my calls and emails to the company which they keep promising but unfortunately waste of time and frustration. This matter is quite serious hazardous health and safety and unprofessional with zero responsibility. People be aware of their positive review

  Leak behind bath panel into room downstairs - Urgent!

  Fastfix London sent a plumber very quickly. He identified the leak (& didn't break our ancient bath panel). He spoke to his office, gave us a decent price to fix it, collected the materials & returned quickly. He fixed the leak, replaced bath panel, renewed the silicone seals, left everything clean & tidy, & gave advised us about our thermostatic shower cartridge. I previously worked for a building maintenance company for 22 years & would not hesitate in using Fastfix London again. We're very pleased with the job, very relieved to have their contact details and very happy to recommended them.
