  The damp investigation was thorough and professional from start to finish. The surveyor took time to check everything properly and talked us through what was actually causing the problem. Refreshing to deal with a company that focuses on solutions rather than selling work. Very happy with the service.

  PIV installation

  Had a PIV unit installed and the whole process was spot on. Quick, tidy and the difference in air quality was noticeable straight away. Would definitely recommend

  Damp / condensation issue

  The company contacted us via Checkatrade to carry out a survey and check the issue we were facing, which is what I thought a damp problem along our exterior wall however following visit we were told it was condensation and given advice on how to treat it. This company were fantastic, firstly with communication and the guy who came out to us Adam/Alan was very informative! Would definitely use again in further and highly recommend!

  Very informative, knowledgeable and reassuring. Gave survey and advice for free. No hard sell. Clear pricing for suggested improvement. Yet to decide whether to go ahead with suggested improvement.
