    Newly rendered bungalow

    Really pleased with the job on our bungalow. The rendering has completely changed the look of the place — it feels like a brand new home. The team turned up when they said they would, worked hard, and left everything tidy. Finish is spot on, smooth and clean. We've had a few people stop and say how nice it looks, which says it all. Would definitely recommend.

    Damp survey

    We booked a damp survey after noticing a few signs of moisture around the house. From start to finish, the team was great—polite, punctual, and really knowledgeable. The surveyor took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t rush through it. He used proper testing equipment and gave us a full breakdown of what was going on, which helped us understand the root cause rather than just guessing. The report came through quickly and was detailed but easy to follow. We now know exactly what needs doing and what can wait, which has saved us from spending money on unnecessary work.

    Jack and Harvey were excellent - really worked hard & took the time to explain what they were doing and why. A really efficient and professional service. They took care of my furniture and did not leave until everything had been cleaned up. Highly recommended

    Condensation and mould treatment

    We had constant condensation and mould no matter what we did. Got a PIV unit installed by Home Building and Surveying Company and it’s honestly made a huge difference. Windows are clear, no more mould, and the house feels fresher. Should’ve done it sooner!
