Within a couple of minutes of accepting the job, I got a call from George and booked in for the following day. Initially no time given so I followed up by WhatsApp and I got incredible swift communication. Russell was the plumber who turned up who quickly assessed the job, got it fixed and talked me through the issue. Job location: CR0The service requested and provided was a soak away drain to solve a flooding issue in my property I just bought. A site visit was arranged after I had sent a video. Joe and his mate came at the time promised. The office provided a clear “that’s it complete price”. They turned up on time done the job and left the site how they found it.
